Class Structure:

 

Warm-Up (10 minutes): Gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind.

 

Core Work (15 minutes): A series of exercises targeting the abdominal muscles, lower back, and obliques to build a strong and stable core.

 

Strength and Conditioning (20 minutes): Full-body exercises incorporating Pilates principles, using body weight, resistance bands, and light weights to tone muscles and improve endurance.

 

Flexibility and Balance (10 minutes): Stretching and balance exercises to enhance flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.

 

Cool Down (5 minutes): Relaxation techniques and gentle stretches to conclude the session and promote recovery.
