You don't need any Pilates experience to get started! Our open-level Pilates classes will help you learn and perfect the techniques you need.
We offer pre and postnatal classes designed specifically for new moms and moms to be. We can also provide tips on how to alter your classes to fit your needs.
No loose jewelry. Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, much like you would wear to the gym or a yoga class. Avoid excessively baggy clothing as it can hinder movement. Be mindful when choosing your attire that some Pilates exercises are done with your legs open and elevated or in the air. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear socks with a grip on them.
We want you to stay hydrated during class. Please bring your water bottle. You may also bring your workout towel.
We ask that you always arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class, 10 minutes if it is your first time in. Clients coming in late can disrupt class flow and we want to make sure your instructor has every opportunity to make your class experience exceptional.
We offer a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchasing a class. However, once 48 hours have elapsed or if you have attended the first class, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy is designed to strike a balance between providing flexibility to our customers and ensuring fair business practices. We appreciate your understanding in this matter..
